The Mill

Accommodation Belchamp Hall Mill

A stunningly unique conversion of the old mill in an unparalleled rural location down a dead end track through the impressive grounds of Belchamp Hall, a beautiful Queen Anne period house and home to the Raymond family since 1611.

Being next to a reed rich pond, fields and ancient woodland the abundant and varied wildlife creates an immersive bucolic experience. An eclectic mix of original, reclaimed and antique woodwork throughout, combined with painted and exposed brickwork creates a distinctive and luxuriously rustic retreat. An open plan living area on the upper floor provides all round views over the rolling landscape of a large private estate.

“This is by far one of the nicest places we have stayed. The owners have done an amazing job in keeping everything natural. Surrounding villages are stunning and lovely to see independent traders. Everyone is friendly and the pub grub is quality. Honestly, you will not want to leave.”
